Keith Stockard, 55, killed when his vehicle is struck by a garbage truck on Highway 44 near Freeman, South Dakota

Keith Stockard of Superior, Montana, was killed Tuesday afternoon after his vehicle was struck by a garbage truck as he attempted to make a U-turn on Highway 44 near Freeman, South Dakota. Stockard was transported to a hospital, where he later died. He was not wearing a seat belt.
