According to a report from Tennessee Highway Patrol, Sara Natalie Cooper, 27, of Frankin, was traveling westbound in a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox when her vehicle crossed the grass median and struck the tractor-trailer in the eastbound lanes. Cooper was killed in the accident. The driver of the tractor-trailer, Benjamin David Lewis, 37, of Chattanooga, was inured in the accident.
