An oncoming car struck Woodward's vehicle as she turned onto Highway 88 after stopping at a stop sign on Johnson Grove Road, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol incident report. The oncoming car struck the front right quarter panel of Woodward's vehicle as she pulled into the oncoming car's lane, the report states.
