Jim Dixon, 45, injured in motorcycle wreck on East Clark Boulevard in Murfreesboro, Tennessee
UPDATE: Early Sunday Morning Motorcycle Crash
Sergeant Kyle Evans told NewsRadio WGNS that as the motorcycle entered a curve, it failed to maintain it's lane and struck the outside curb. It then left the roadway where the male driver was ejected. It appears that during the course of the crash, the driver struck a utility pole next to the driveway of 911 E. Clark Boulevard.
Since motorcycle crashes often end in serious injuries, victims need immediate help
Motorcycle accidents are more likely to end in serious injuries or death for the motorcyclist, since the rider is not protected from the force of a collision. When a motorcycle accident happens, the injured rider needs immediate, appropriate medical care, the accident needs to be investigated, and the insurance companies need to be informed.
When a motorcycle crash is caused by negligence, additional steps need to be taken to protect the legal rights of the injured motorcyclist or the family members of someone killed in a motorcycle crash. Go here to learn more about motorcycle accidents and claims.
