I-65 reopens after deadly crash near Dickerson Pike
The crash happened around 6:55 p.m., a semi trailer stalled in the middle of the interstate near mile marker 89. Another vehicle tried to avoid the semi, but was unsuccessful and crashed into the back of the it, according to Metro police.
Family of musician killed in I-65 crash files lawsuit
The lawsuit also says company Apex Logistics and Freight Inc. failed to properly inspect, maintain and repair the truck while it was in use thereafter.
