Family grieves loss of 20-year-old man killed in McAllen car crash
Family of the 20-year-old said he was killed after the vehicle he was traveling in was struck by a truck head on.
Flores' father, who declined to comment on camera, said his son was spending time with his friend, who had bought a vehicle prior to the fatal crash.
Second driver in fatal crash charged
Ramirez, who was charged nearly a month later on Feb. 1, admitted to McAllen Police investigators that he and Treviño were racing and had been speeding in excess of 100 mph when they approached the intersection of 10th and Sprague, according to the criminal complaint.
