One woman passenger killed, after her disable car is struck by a vehicle, driven by a intoxicated driver, on the feeder road of Beltway 8 in Houston.

A driver in northwest Harris County is facing intoxication manslaughter charges after causing a fatal wreck.

It happened on the feeder road of Beltway 8 near Sharmon.

Deputies say a driver pulled over due to mechanical issues and turned on his vehicle's hazard lights. That's when the driver of another car plowed into the back of the first car, killing a female passenger in the backseat.

The second driver is suspected of driving under the influence.
