The car was recorded on security video at a home down the block. It's a late model red sedan, without black trim on the side. Houston police are actively looked in the area near Charnwood St and the Hardy Toll Road feeder.
3-year-old injured in hit-and-run in north Houston
“It looked like he was either dragged or rode on the hood of the car, quite, for about 150 feet down the street,” said Sgt. G.T. Hall of the Houston Police Department.
A neighbor’s surveillance camera captured a red four-door vehicle with tinted windows driving down the street. Police believe that is the suspect's vehicle. If you have any information, call the Houston Police Department.
