Chase ends in violent crash in SE Houston
Houston Police say officers were trying to stop a man allegedly driving a stolen vehicle on Scott Street. Air 11 was overhead as the suspect sped through the light at Yellowstone and crashed into two innocent drivers.
The incident happened at around 11 a.m. Thursday.
Victim injured in chase, crash dies
According to the Houston Police Department, the suspect in the chase, 27-year-old Joshua Denagelo Myles, is charged with evading arrest with the possibility of charges being upgraded.
Police say the victim was with a 47-year-old woman in a white Nissan Versa when a vehicle being driven by Myles plowed into them at the intersection of Scott and Yellowstone.
