Alleged drunk-driver crash kills passenger, injures another motorist
The driver will be charged with intoxication manslaughter and for failure to stop and render aid.
The passenger in Trailblazer, a woman, pronounced dead at the crash site. The pickup driver was transported with minor injuries to Houston Northwest Medical Center.
Why every fatality from a crash is not legally a wrongful death
