Man killed by intoxicated wrong-way driver on I-45, sheriff says
The driver of a Chevrolet Impala was northbound in the southbound lanes of Interstate 45 at Rankin Road when he crashed into a Dodge Charger travelling south around 2:15 a.m., according to Harris County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Simon Cheng.
