Officers say the unicyclist was riding near the intersection of Sens Road and North L Street when he was hit by an SUV and died at the scene.
La Porte police are investigating after a man riding a unicycle was hit and killed Wednesday morning.
Officers say the unicyclist was riding near the intersection of Sens Road and North L Street when he was hit by an SUV and died at the scene.
Police say the unicyclist was wearing dark clothing.
The driver of the SUV told police he didn't see the victim, and will not face charges.
The victim has been identified as 48-year-old Joseph Farley. He made national headlines in 2012 after riding his unicycle naked in Kemah.
