A Harris County Precinct 4 deputy constable is recovering after being involved in a head-on crash in north Houston.
At about 2:20 a.m., a Harris County Precinct 4 deputy was headed east on Beltway 8 when a wrong-way driver struck the front of his police SUV. Both drivers sustained minor injuries, and the wrong-way driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was brought to jail.
