Hang-glider hurt in crash near Point of Mountain
Utah County sheriff's dispatchers confirmed the incident, reported at 10:32 a.m., led to a medical helicopter mission to retrieve the female victim. Witnesses reported seeing the woman suddenly plunge to the ground from about 30 feet elevation. A medical helicopter was initially dispatched to the site, near Lehi, but later called off when paramedics determined the woman was not critically hurt.
