Crews were trying to unload 25,000 pounds of ice cream from a semi rig that rolled off U.S. 89 and into the Logan River on Tuesday.

Authorities tried to pull the new truck and trailer out of the water but it was too heavy, filled with more than 13 tons of Fat Boys.

The refrigerated trailer landed on its top, and the cab is reportedly quite mangled. Hutchinson, who was uninjured, was pulled from the cab of the truck by people who were passing through the area.
