Motorcyclist unresponsive after colliding with car

A motorcyclist was severely injured after colliding with a car Monday, police said.

Preston man severly injured in motorcycle accident

Investigators said the Silverado pickup, driven by Kaylene Wootton of Providence was slowing down in the northbound lane, due to the construction zone. Monson’s motorcycle struck the left rear bumper of the truck.
The motorcyclist had a severe injury and was unconscious after the crash. He was wearing a helmet.
