According to police, Gonyeau's preliminary breath test indicated a blood alcohol content of .123%.
Authorities report that 60-year-old Kenneth Najarin died at approximately 6 p.m. on Greenbush Road in Ferrisburgh Wednesday. Police say that 36-year-old Holly Gonyeau was under the influence of alcohol when she collided with Najarian. She faces DUI charges and is due in court June 29th.
