Rutland City emergency services responded to the crash involving multiple vehicles at the intersection of West Street and Merchants Row.
A collision involving multiple vehicles at West Street and Merchants Row on Monday afternoon left Stratton Anagnos with major leg injuries after a car came up onto the sidewalk and crushed him against a telephone pole.
