Virginia State Police Investigating Fatal Crash in Augusta County
Investigators say 71-year-old Michael Gibson of Buena Vista, Virginia, was driving a Jeep Cherokee on Route 250 when he crossed into the westbound lanes, sideswiped a SUV and hit a box truck head-on.
