VSP investigating 2-vehicle fatal crash in Augusta County
VSP says the crash happened around 2:45 p.m., near Old Parkersburg Turnpike . Authorities say a 1993 Ford Festiva crossed the center line and struck a 2013 Ford Mustang head-on. The driver of the Festiva, 31-year-old Andrew S. Holsinger of Swoope, died at the scene. VSP says he was not wearing a seat belt.
