Two people killed in car collision involving pedestrian on Paramount Avenue in Chesapeake, Virginia

Initially, police reported that the two were occupants of a silver Jaguar. However, they later determined that the second deceased person was not an occupant of the car, but a pedestrian who was hit by the car.
