Five students, one teacher hospitalized after school bus crash on I-64
A Poquoson school bus was involved in a crash on I-64 eastbound, according to Virginia State Police.

Dr. Jennifer Parrish, Superintendent of Poquoson Public Schools, told WAVY.com there were 19 students and three adults on the bus when it crashed. The five students who went to Riverside Hospital for evaluation were all between the ages of nine and ten.
At around 12:55 p.m. a school bus traveling on I-64 eastbound entered an off-ramp and lost traction on wet pavement. The bus ran off the road, struck a highway sign, and came to a stop in a ditch. Five elementary age students and one teacher were taken to a local hospital for an evaluation.
