According to police, 32-year-old Bryan Browder is responsible for a horrific crash that happened around 3:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon near Town Center.

MPO James Cason with the Virginia Beach Police Department said the crash happened just before 3:30 p.m. in the 4400 block of Virginia Beach Boulevard. A Toyota 4Runner was traveling eastbound when it was struck by a Pontiac Grand Am and rolled several times.
The driver of the Toyota was extricated and transported to a local hospital.
Cason said the driver of the Pontiac, 32-year-old Brian Browder of Norfolk was charged with failure to yield right of way. Police say Browder was traveling westbound on Virginia Beach Boulevard and turned left, hitting the Toyota.
Speed and alcohol were not factors in the crash.
