Kenneth Justino Rowley, 36, and Wade Lee Dickenson, 63, killed in collision on Route 15 in Louisa County, Virginia

The initial investigation has revealed that a 2002 Mazda sedan, driven by Kenneth Justino Rowley, 36, of Louisa, Va., was traveling north on Route 15 when the sedan crossed the double solid yellow lines and struck a 2001 Toyota Corolla, driven by Wade Lee Dickenson, 63, of Gordonsville, Va., head-on.
