The crash happened just before 6 p.m. in the 400 block of 12th Street near Army Navy Drive, the Arlington County Fire Department said.
WTOP reports the bus driver and two pedestrians were taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No passengers were onboard the bus at the time of the crash, according to the fire department.
Fire officials were waiting for a structural engineer to assess the damage to the building.
