87-year-old driver crashes SUV into Hallmark store in Fairfax County
The 87-year-old driver of the SUV told authorities he though he had the vehicle in reverse when he hit the gas pedal.
A Cadillac driven by an elderly couple crashed into a Northern Virginia Hallmark shop Monday afternoon, significantly damaging the shop. The accident was reported just before 5 p.m. in the 2900 block of Chain Bridge Road in Oakton, Virginia. The couple was hospitalized for a precautionary checkup, but no major injuries were reported.
