State Police say a Honda Civic driven by 30-year old Sterling resident Marlena Martinez was traveling in the wrong direction in the northbound lanes of I-81 around 1 Saturday afternoon when she collided with a northbound Honda CRV around mile marker 298.
VSP investigate a wrong way crash on 81 in Shenandoah County
Martinez was traveling in the wrong direction on the Interstate and has been charged with reckless driving and driving under the influence.
