Woman struck and killed by two hit-and-run vehicles on Evergreen Way in Everett, Washington

The woman, who police say was in her 40s was first hit by a black SUV. Witnesses reportedly told officers two people got out of that vehicle, looked at the woman and then got back in the vehicle and left southbound on Evergreen Way. Then a second silver vehicle came through the scene and struck the victim and left.
