Police say the driver of the truck was involved in a domestic dispute at a nearby home minutes before the crash. When he left the home, a woman involved in the dispute called 911 and reported the man as a drunken driver.

Ten minutes later another 911 call came in reporting the man’s truck off the road. The disturbance was later reported to deputies investigating at the crash scene.
A Marysville man, 42, died when the vehicle he was driving exited the road near Index Sunday night. The man was traveling west on Mount Index River Road about 9:40 p.m. when his truck exited the road and traveled down am embankment. He was pronounced deceased at the crash scene. The cause of the accident and the reported domestic disturbance are under investigation.
