Two injured in car vs. dump truck crash on Highway 14
Two people were taken to a hospital after a car and dump truck collided on state Highway 14 just before noon Monday.
The crash occurred about a half-mile east of Interstate 5, where Maria D. Elizondo, 41, of Vancouver was driving a 2010 Honda Fit eastbound next to a 1990 Kenworth dump truck.
