Four lanes of northbound I-5 were shut down just north of Highway 18 Wednesday night after a semitruck slammed into a stalled minivan that was stopped on I-5 shortly before 7 p.m. The driver of the minivan, a 55-year-old Federal Way woman, was seriously injured and transported to Harborview.
