Hit and run on I-405 in Renton affects morning commute

The crash caused lanes to be blocked during the morning rush hour. It happened just before 8 a.m. in the northbound lanes near Talbot Road, just north of the State Route 167 interchange. Troopers say the suspects fled on foot.
