Witnesses said the driver of a white or silver sedan traveling eastbound on Spokane Street struck a bicyclist who was crossing the road.

Friday, a memorial vigil ride will begin at 7 pm in honor of Robb Mason. The ride is organized by Seattle Critical Mass. People will gather at Westlake Park starting around 6:30 pm and ride to the site of the crash.
