An accident in Pend Oreille County involving two semi trucks killed one driver Friday evening. The Washington State Patrol said James C. Morton, 51, was killed after the truck he was driving crossed the centerline and tipped over on a curve on State Route 20 north of Cusick. His vehicle hit a railroad bridge. A semi driven by Michael O’Kelley, 45, struck Morton’s truck. Moron died at the scene; O’Kelley was not seriously injured.
