One person killed, another seriously injured in I-90 crash near Liberty Lake
The crash is still under investigation, but Troopers say a street sweeper may have been changing lanes near the Liberty Lake/I-90 on-ramp, causing a silver SUV to swerve, hit the overpass and roll.
