Woman involved in 3-car crash has died
A 64-year-old woman from Veradale, Washington, has died from her injuries following an April 6 crash near Lind, Washington.
Eddylou Donovan was involved in the crash when her vehicle exited the road and onto the median. When she tried to drive back onto the roadway, she was struck by a Ford pickup driven by Steven Johnson of Spokane. A third person, Paul Olkowski, pulled over to help, exited his car and was struck by a hit-and-run driver. Donovan died Saturday at a hospice house. Since the crash, Paul Olkowski of Sonora, California, continues to recover from injuries at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane. WSP has identified the hit-and-run driver as 19-year-old Skylar Fredrickson of Post Falls, Idaho.
