One woman dead in head on crash in Nine Mile Falls
NINE MILE FALLS, Wash. -- A two-car head-on collision left one woman dead and two more in critical condition on Saturday on Highway 291 near Nine Mile Falls, according to Washington State Patrol. Troopers said a 2002 Toyota Rav4 driven by Tymofiy Bilous, 19, was traveling southbound on Highway 291. One passenger, Andriy Bilous,19, was also in the car when it crossed the center and crashed into a 2006 Ford Expedition that was traveling northbound, according to WSP.

In the past five years, there have been four bad accidents on this same road and some of the fatal.
Earlier this year, parents have been lobbying the state to make the road safer near Lakeside High School where they've seen a couple close calls by speeding drivers.
