Two dead in crash east of Quincy

Two women died in a crash east of Quincy early Sunday.

The Washington State Patrol says just before 5:30 a.m., a 17-year-old Ephrata boy was driving a Dodge pick-up westbound on SR 28 when he drifted off the road to the right, then overcorrected into the eastbound lane, where he hit a Ford Aerostar van head-on.
