Two killed in DUI collision east of Reardan Posted: Updated: Two people were killed Saturday night in a DUI crash east of Reardan. Groves overcorrected and hit a Hyundai Elantra driven by Jerry E Wadkins of Reardan in the westbound lane. Both Groves and Jerry Wadkins were injured in the crash and taken to Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane. Washington State Patrol lists the cause of the wreck as DUI. WSP has charged Groves with vehicular homicide. All three people in the Elantra were wearing seat belts at the time of the collision.
