A report by the Washington State Patrol says that around 5:30 Sunday evening, 22-year-old Brett Smiley of Puyallup hit a rumble strip while going westbound on I-90 in his Nissan Sentra. He over-corrected, and the car rolled into the median. 21-year-old John Dunn of Parkland was ejected from the car. He was flown by Medstar to Kadlec Medical Center in Richland.
