Truck crashes into medical marijuana dispensary

Police report that a driver who drove his pickup into through the front of a medical marijuana dispensary Friday afternoon was not paying attention. The crash happened at the Northside Alternative Wellness Center, located in the 4800 block of North Market Street in Spokane, Washington. The truck took out the corner of the building and slammed into a parked vehicle in the process. Employee Katie Beaman said she had just taken a customer to the back of thestore when she heard a loud crash. She says the customer then started calling for her grandson who was sitting in the parked car in front of the store. Fortunately nobody was injured. The owners were out of town in Seattle.
