Pedestrian killed in crash at Mission and Ruby identified; Driver arrested
Officers on scene told KHQ's Ryan Overton the woman who was hit, identified later by the Spokane County Medical Examiner's Officer as 68-year-old Marla Langley, was pushing a stroller. Police say the 2 and a half year-old boy with her received non-life threatening injuries.
