Brandon R. Frost injured near Ferndale on Paradise Road on October 20

A 24-year-old Lynden man was arrested after he crashed into a tree just east of Ferndale early Saturday, Oct. 20.

Brandon R. Frost was driving a black Volkswagen Jetta east in the 1400 block of Paradise Road at 12:12 a.m. when it went off the road and hit a tree, said Washington State Patrol Trooper Keith Leary. Troopers believe Frost was drunk and going too fast, Leary said.
