UPDATE: Coroner identifies two men killed in collision on Taylor Flats Road
Drivers of both vehicles died at the scene and there were no other people in either car said deputies. Franklin County Coroner Dan Blasdel identified the two men killed in the crash; Vitaliy Prishko, 24, of Pasco and Alexander West, 18 also of Pasco.
