Edith Moreno Colin was a passenger in a GMC Sierra heading south on Plymouth Road just before 4:30 a.m., the Washington State Patrol said. The Sierra ran the stop sign at the intersection of Highway 14 and collided with a Ford F-250 pickup pulling a boat on a trailer, the state patrol said. Moreno Colin died at the scene.
