53-year-old Heather Lea Marquez was arrested and booked into Yakima County Department of Corrections, for vehicular assault and reckless endangerment. She is accused of hitting an 18-year-old male on an A-T-V, with her car in the 1600 block of South 24th Ave. after going off-road.
