One man was Lifeflighted to the hospital after a single-car crash near Finley early on the morning of September 22. According to the WSP a 24-year-old Prosser man was southbound on SR 397 near E. Cochran Rd, about four miles east of Kennewick, when he drove off the road and hit a fence around 2:45 a.m.
