Kennewick woman hurt in motorcycle wreck
It was blamed on defective equipment, and no charges are expected, according to the release.
Rampey was a passenger on a eastbound motorcycle on I-82 driven by Keith Butler, 44, when the rear tire of the vehicle popped and caused Butler to crash into a guardrail. Both people were wearing helmets, though Butler was uninjured while Rampey was taken to the hospital for treatment.
