Outlook man rolls pickup near Prosser

He was not suspected of being intoxicated, troopers said, and he was wearing a seat belt.

Rudy Navarro, 21, of Outlook, was injured Monday evening when he crashed his pickup 2 miles west of Prosser on Interstate 82. Navarro was westbound about 5:40 p.m. in a Ford F-350 when he left the roadway to the left, rolled and came to rest in the eastbound lanes.
