It happened just after 8 o’clock in the 1400 block of on Edwin Miller Boulevard. West Virginia State Police say a driver was turning left onto Edwin Miller Boulevard from the Taco Bell parking lot when that vehicle struck another vehicle which was driving west on Edwin Miller Boulevard.
